Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen für zweieinhalb Monate nicht in Tübingen sein werde, biete ich hier meine 2-Raum-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist vom 1.6. bis 15.8. verfügbar. Evtl. wäre auch eine Verlängerung möglich.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat ein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) sowie einen kleinen Flur. Zur Wohnung gehört eine grosse Terrasse.
Since I will leave Tübingen for two months I am subletting my two room apartment. The apartment is available from 1. June to 15. August. There might also be an option for an extension.
The apartment is furnished. It consists of a bed room, bath room and living room which includes a kitchen with dish washer. In front of the apartment there is a big terrace.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Fuße des Österbergs. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Neue Aula), Mensa Wilhemlstrasse/Universität und Bibliothek sind es 5 min. Fußweg. In der Innenstadt ist man in 10 min. Alles wesentliche ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermärkte, Cafe's, Bars, Restaurants, Banken).
The location is very good. The apartment is located at the Österberg hill. The next bus stop (Neue Aula), canteen of the university in Wilhelmstrasse, the library and university are reachable within 5 minutes by walking. Walking to the city center takes 10 minutes. Everything important can be reached by walking, easily (super market, cafe, bars, restaurants, banks).
