Die Wohnung ist hell, in sehr gutem Zustand, und hat in allen Räumen nachhaltiges Bioparkett. Die Küche hat Natursteinboden. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen sehr schönen Blick. Die Wohnung ist ideal geschnitten für Paare oder Einzelpersonen.
Sie ist zudem sehr gut angebunden, es sind nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus, und sie hat einen eigenen Stellplatz für einen PKW.
Da die Wohnung keine Küche hatte, musste ich für 3.500 Euro eine Küche einbauen lassen. Hierfür möchte ich einen Abschlag von 2.000 Euro.
Gesucht wird ein zuverlässiger, ruhiger Mieter.
