We are renting a flat in Unterjesingen close to Tübingen. With the Ammertalbahn (train) you are very well connected to Tübingen City, Stuttgart and Herrenberg. The flat ist 90m², fully furnished. It is completly renovated: New Floors, new walls, new bath, kitchen et cetera. You would be the first to move in. The flat has a big kitchen with a balcony, a living room, sleeping room and a room for working. There is nature all around for biking and walking. The renovation is not yet completed (as you can see on the pictures), but it will be at the end of the month. The price is 1550 Euros including heating, water, WLAN, a cleaning service every two weeks, a parking place and the flat is fully furnitured (TV, washing maschine). The time you are renting is flexible, short term or longterm. We are looking for a couple or single person.
