The apartment is located in the Souterrain, but because the house is built on a hill, it appears to be on the 1st floor. It's bright and facing west, with a view of the Wurmlinger chapel.
I'll be renting it furnished and fully equipped. All costs (warm rent, internet, garbage, TV fees) are included in the indicated rent.
It's ideal for anyone arriving to Tübingen and trying to find a long-term stay from here.
There are two rooms: a small bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, and a large living room. Additionally, there's a large balcony. The kitchen is separate and there's a small storage room.
There's also a parking spot if you have a car.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in the very western part of Tübingen, with DM and Aldi close by. The buses 8 and 16 run within 5/8min walking distance.
The ending date (currently April 13) is negotiable.
