As we are soon leaving Tübingen for about 2 months, we are looking for some nice and responsible person/couple who would take care about our apartment and use it as their own home.
It is 2-room apartment in a new house on a quiet street near the train station West in Tübingen. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a double bed (160x200), a office desk and a wardrobe. There is also a comfortable table in a living room.
The only things you have to bring is your blankets and pillow, sheets and towels and personal things.
The apartment is available for 2 months in the period from 20.3.2023 till 31.5.2023.
The flat rent for one month is 850 EUR and includes also electricity, basic internet and one privat parking place.
The deposit is 1.000 EUR.
The town center is 8 min away by walk or 3 min by bus (bus stop 1 min. away). The train station Tübingen West 7 min.
