The apartment is fully furnished, in Baldham (85598). There are two bedrooms, a balcony (for both bedrooms) each for 550 euros, and you can also rent the whole apartment for 1100 euros.
There's a kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and a clothes dries.
The apartment is 8-10 minutes walking from the train station Baldham S4/S6, and 2-4 by bike.
Nearby there are some supermarkets, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka. There's also Sparkasse, Cleverfit and different varieties of restaurants.
