Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 63qm: ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, ein Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC getrennt, einen Abstellraum, und einen Balkon/Loggia.

Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien. Ein verlässliches WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Morgens und bis zum frühen Nachmittag bekommt die Wohnung viel Sonne (im Schlafzimmer sind Abdunkelungsvorhänge, im Wohnzimmer ein Rollo).

Die Donau ist nur einige Minuten entfernt, Bademöglichkeiten in der neuen Donau sind also mehr oder weniger um die Ecke. In der Umgebung befinden sich diverse Geschäfte (Hofer, Billa, Etsan), sowie die Straßenbahnlinie 0 und die U1 Vorgartenstraße. Zu den schönsten Parks in Wien - Augarten und Prater - sind es nur rund 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man überall im 02. Bezirk und am Donaukanal/Schwedenplatz innerhalb von 10 Minuten.

Ideal ist die Wohnung für eine Person, die im September selbst in Wien auf Wohnungssuche ist und dafür eine schöne und sympathische Ausgangsbasis sucht.

The apartment features: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a separate bathroom and toilet, a storage room, and a balcony/loggia.

It comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen utensils. Reliable Wi-Fi is also available.
In the morning and early afternoon, the apartment receives plenty of sunlight (bedroom has blackout curtains, and the living room has a roller blind).

The Danube is only a few minutes away, so swimming opportunities are just around the corner. There are various shops nearby (Billa, Hofer, Etsan), as well as the tram line O and the subway U1. The most beautiful parks in Vienna are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and you can reach any place in the 2nd district by bike within 10 minutes (including Schwedenplatz and Donaukanal).

The apartment is ideal for someone who is looking for a nice and sympathetic temporary base in September, while searching for a permanent place in the city.
