Die Wohnung teilt sich in Vorzimmer, Küche, Kabinett (8m²), Bad, und zwei (fast) gleich große Schlafzimmer. (beide ca. 19qm)
Die Zimmer haben einen Parkettboden und beide zwei doppelte Fenster mit Aussicht in einen Innenhof - ist deswegen sehr sehr ruhig!
Möbel sind grundsätzlich verfügbar - Alles großteils Ikea, und sehr gut erhalten. Kann man natürlich alles besprechen.
Um die Ecke ist der Donaukanal und die U-Bahn Station Schottenring. (U2, U4)
In 10-12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Stephansplatz(!!!)
Billa: cirka 3 Minuten
Karmelitermarkt: 3 Minuten
Augarten & Hofer: cirka 5-7 Minuten
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und bei Lärm gibt's normal keine Beschwerden.
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich ab 1.5. verfügbar.
Ablöse wird extra verhandelt. Grundsätzlich wäre eine Ablöse von 300€ fällig für alle Möbel die jedenfalls drin bleiben.
(= Spiegelkasten, Badezimmerkasten, Waschmaschine, 1 Kommode)
Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern können auch gegen ein faire Ablöse erworben werden.
