Fully Furnished Apartment in the 2nd District in Vienna

Hey, ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 15. August bis 31. Dezember,. Ich suche ein nettes Mädchen, die ordentlich, sauber und bestenfalls auch eine Pflanzenliebhaberin ist! Da ich einige Pflanzen habe und würde mich freuen wenn du darauf aufpassen kann während ich weg bin! :)

Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Küchengeraten (Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Mixer, Wasserkocher usw.). Auch Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Föhn usw. sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch können auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher dagelassen werden, aber die Details können wir gerne später besprechen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 575€ inkl. Strom, Heizung und Internet. Ich verlange eine Kaution in Höhe von einer Monatsmiete, die natürlich zurückbezahlt wird oder als letzte Monatsmiete verwendet werden kann

The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is also fully equipped with all appliances (microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, etc.). Also washing machine, clothes drying rack, hair dryer etc. are available. If you wish, bed linen and towels can be provided, but we can discuss the details later. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator

The total rent is 575€ including electricity, heating and internet. I require a deposit of one month's rent, which of course will be returned or can be used as the last month's rent
