I will be studying for one semester in Germany, so I am subletting my lovely, bright, single-flat between 15th of April until September 1st (move out date is negotiable). The flat will be fully furnished, but we can arrange if you'd like some things to be removed. If you would be up for watering my plants that would be a plus!
The apartment is 35 m2: a sunny, cozy kitchen, a bedroom/living room with a French balcony, separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment is on the 2. Floor in a traditional Altbau with tall ceilings. The flat is facing a quiet, green courtyard. Augarten, the loveliest park in Vienna, is just across the street, Prater and Karmelittermarkt easily reached by foot.
It is a flat most suited for living alone in.
The rent has unfortunately been raised a lot lately. The Wi-fi can be cancelled (20€/month) if you like. The over all costs: 505€ monthly rent 173€ approximate utilities pr month (heating, electricity, wi-fi, insurance).
There's a 500 € deposit which will be returned when moving out.
No smoking inside and no pets allowed.
