[DE] Da ich für ein Semester nach Kopenhagen ziehen werde, vermiete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete unter. Es handelt sich um einen wunderschönen renovierten Altbau in super Lage. Sie ist gegliedert in eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Ess- sowie Schreibtisch, Vorraum, Bad mit WC, Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Lift und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so zum leben braucht: voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, TV etc.
Die angegebenen Nebenkosten beinhalten Strom- und Heizkosten sowie WLAN.
[EN] Since I am going on an Erasmus semester to Copenhagen, my apartment is vacant for 6 months. It is a beautiful place with high ceilings and in a great location. The apartment is in the 3rd floor with elevator and comprises of a living room with a kitchen, dining table and work space, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a big bedroom and a little entrance room. The apartment has everything you need to live, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee maker, a washing machine, vacuum, TV etc.
The stated additional costs include power and heating as well as WIFI.
[DE] Lage-technisch bist du wirklich super angebunden: Zur U2 und U4 Station Schottenring gehst du 5min, zur U2 Station Taborstraße 7min. An der Taborstraße findest du alle Geschäfte, die du brauchst: Vom Hofer, Spar über Denn's und DM bis hin zum McDonald's. Zu Augarten und Donaukanal brauchst du jeweils nur 5min zu Fuß.
[EN] The location is super central: within 5min by foot you reach the U2 and U4 metro station Schottenring, 7min to U2 station Taborstraße where you can also find all sorts of shops from grocery to pharmacy to clothing shops. Also withing 5min walking you get to the danube channel as well as the park Augarten.
[DE] Grundsätzlich ist mir natürlich Sauberkeit und Verantwortung gegenüber fremden Eigentums wichtig. Es steht dir alles zur Benützung zur Verfügung. Leute einzuladen ist natürlich überhaupt kein Problem, nur möchte ich nicht das Parties geschmissen werden.

[EN] It is important for me that you are a clean and responsible person. Anything in the apartment is free for you to use. Having some people over is of course fine, however, I would not like to have parties thrown.
