The apartment is a typical old apartment with high ceilings, double doors and herringbone parquet. It is located on the 2nd floor and is very bright. We would leave all the furniture and basic equipment in the apartment - but we can discuss this in more detail.

Die Wohnung liegt am hinteren, ruhigen Teil des 2. Bezirks. Volkertmarkt, Augarten und verschiedene Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, zur Donauinsel radelt man 10 Minuten.
Die nächste U-Station ist der Praterstern, 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es mehrere Bimlinien die in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Mit dem Rad ist man super schnell in der Stadt, mit den Öffis auch voll schnell aus der Stadt draußen.

The apartment is located at the back, quiet part of the 2nd district. Volkertmarkt, Augarten and various supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance, to the Danube Island you cycle 10 minutes.
The nearest subway station is Praterstern, a 10 minutes walk away. Otherwise, there are several tramlines which are within 5 minutes walking distance.
With the bike you are super fast in the city, with the public transport also fully fast out of the city.
