Sehr schöne, gemütliche Altbauwohnung für Zwischenmiete von Anfang Oktober 2023 bis Ende Juni 2024. Es besteht eventuell auch Option auf Verlängerung. Ein kürzerer Zeitraum (mind. 1 Monat) ist ebenfalls möglich (gegenseitige Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat am Monatsende).
Komplett möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (45m2): gr. Wohnzimmer, kl. Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete kl. Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Koch- und Essgeschirr), gr. Vorraum, Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschmaschine, Toilette), geeignet für 1 Person oder ein Paar.
Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Hof (eventuell kann ich auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen).
Die Miete von 549€ ist exkl. Nebenkosten. Da die Wohnung komplett möbliert ist, beträgt die Kaution 3 Monatsmieten (1647€). Die Nebenkosten hängen von Verbrauch und Preisschwankungen ab, belaufen sich aktuell auf 158,83€ für Ökostrom und Ökogas. Zusätzliche Kosten für Internet (30,09€), Versicherung (3,78€) und monatlicher Teilbetrag für jährliche Wartung der Gastherme (15€) betragen 48,87€. Insgesamt betragen die Kosten aktuell 756,7€.

Leider sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist ebenfalls verboten.


Cosy flat in a very beautiful old building for an interim tenant starting beginning of October 2023 until end of June 2024 (549€). Eventually also for a longer period of time. Renting the flat for a short period (at least 1 month) is possible as well. Mutual period of notice of 1 month.
The fully furnished flat (45m2) consists of a large living room, a small bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes etc.), a large hallway and a bathroom (shower, washing machine, toilet). It is suited for one person or a couple.
The rent of 549€ does not include extra expenses. Since the flat is fully furnished the deposit consists of three monthly rents (1647€). The expenses for green electricity and green heating depend on the consumption and the fluctuation of the prices, at the moment they are 158,83€. Additional costs for the internet (30,09€), insurance (3,78€) and monthly payment for the yearly obligatory service of the combi boiler 15€) are 48,87€. All in all the costs are currently 756,7€.
You can store your bike in the courtyard of the building. In case you need a bike, we can discuss you using mine.
