Wir suchen für unsere gemütliche Altbauwohnung (90m²) jemanden der (wenn möglich) den gesamten Februar zur Zwischenmiete einzieht. Da wir verreist sind steht euch die gesamte Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung:
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine sowie allem sonstigen typischen Küchenutensilien. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht - dazu einfach auf den Minibalkon gehen.
Es erwartet euch ein großes (25m²) Wohnzimmer (wo auch genug platz ist um mal die Yogamatte auszurollen), ein großes (25m²) Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Gäste-Zimmer (11m²) mit Ausziehcouch für 2 weitere Personen. Also locker Platz für 4 Personen.

We are looking for someone to sublet our cozy old apartment (90m²) for the entire month of February, if possible. Since we will be away, the entire apartment with all amenities will be at your disposal:
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all other typical kitchen utensils. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment - simply use the small balcony.
You'll find a spacious (25m²) living room (with plenty of space to unroll a yoga mat), a large (25m²) bedroom, and a small guest room (11m²) with a pull-out couch for 2 additional people. So, there's plenty of room for 4 people.
