Schöne und gemütliche Altbauwohnung mit separater Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, Wohnzimmer und Schlaffzimmer mit großem Stockbett von Anfang Juli bis Mitte/Ende August zur Zwischenmiete. Alle Fenster sind ins Hof gerichtet, daher ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, man hört kein Verkehr aus der Straße. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für ein Paar, ich wohne hier alleine und ist sogar zu groß für mich. :) Du wirst auch genüg Platz für deine persönliche Sachen haben, fast alle Schränke und Kasten sind aufgeräumt.
Beautiful and cozy altbau apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, living room and bedroom with large bunk bed from early July to mid / late August for intermediate rent. All windows are facing the courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet, you do not hear any traffic from the street. The apartment is super suitable for a couple, I live here alone and is even too big for me. :) You will have enough room for you personal belongings, I’ve cleaned up most of the wardrobes..
Mit einer Entfernung von nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Station Rennweg, direkt ums Eck befindet sich die BIM Station O. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Billa und Hoffer sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt, Lidl gibts bei der Station Rennweg. Die unmittelbare Nähe der Botanischer Garten (5 Minuten zur Eingang) bezeichnet die hervorragende Lage der Wohnung. Wenn du noch mehr entspannung suchts, dann kannst du mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten Prater erreichen. :)
With a distance of only 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Rennweg, just around the corner is the tram station O. Shopping facilities - Billa and Hoffer are only 2 minutes away, Lidl gibts at the station Rennweg. The immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden (5 minutes to the entrance) denotes the excellent location of the apartment. If you are looking for more relaxation, you can reach Prater by bike in 10 minutes. :)
Falls ihr noch welche Fragen habt, bin ich vor allem via Whatsapp erreichbar. Ich werde die nächsten Wochen in Indien mit Yoga verbringen, die Wohnung würde dann eine Freundin von mir übergeben, weitere Details können wir dann per Telefon besprechen :) da das Angebot sehr kurzfristig veröffentlicht ist, biete ich die Wohnung für einen sehr günstigen Preis - 450€ warm mit Energien usw..meine warme Monatsmiete beträgt sonst 730€
