Aufgrund meines Erasmus-Aufenthalts vermiete ich kommendes Semester (ca. September 2023 bis Februar 2024) meine Wohnung im 4. Bezirk.
Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Altbaus in absoluter Ruhelage und ist dank 4 Fenstern äußerst hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man so braucht, angefangen von den Küchenutensilien bis zu Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, etc. Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher, Föhn und Drucker.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit Wohnküche, wobei das Bett und der Kleiderschrank durch eine Zwischenwand vom "Hauptraum" getrennt sind. Somit fühlt es sich an wie 2 seperate Zimmer. Badezimmer und Klo sind aufgeteilt.
Besonders fabelhaft ist die Lage der Wohnung. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und Co. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreich vorhanden. In nur 7 Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß zum Karlsplatz, in 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und beim Naschmarkt. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist optimal, da die U1 und die U4 sowie mehrere Straßenbahnen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Somit ist man schnell bei praktisch allen Universitäten.
EN: Due to my semester abroad, I am renting out my apartment in the 4th district of Vienna during the upcoming semester (ca. Sept 2023 to Febr 2024).
It is located on the 2nd floor of an typical Viennese building, absolutely quiet and very bright thanks to four windows. You will find everything you need, including kitchen utensils and bed linen, towels, etc. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, hairdryer and printer.
The apartment consists of one large living room with a kitchen. The sleeping area and wardrobe is partly separated from the "main room" by a wall. This way it feels like 2 separate rooms. Bathroom and toilet are divided.
The location of the flat is particularly fabulous. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops just outside the door. It takes 7 minutes to walk to Karlsplatz, and 10 minutes to the first district as well as the Naschmarkt. The public transport connections are also very convenient, as the U1 and U4 underground lines as well as several trams can be reached in just a few minutes. This means that you can quickly reach practically all universities.
