Zentrale 2-Zimmerwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße und ist öffentlich sehr gut angebunden. Selbst zur Donau braucht man mit der S-Bahn nur ca 25 Minuten. Das Schlafzimmer liegt hof- und nordseitig, ist also etwas kühler und ruhiger, das südseitige Wohnzimmer hat straßenseitige Fenster (mit Blumenkästen, die gern bepflanzt werden können) und viel Sonne. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Located very central in a calm one-way-street, perfectly connected to public transport! Even going to the Danube only takes about 25 minutes. All shops for daily necessities are closeby.
The bedroomwindow faces north and the yard, so it´s calm and a little cooler, while the living room faces the sunny south street side.

Ich bin selbst einen Teil des Sommers auf Reisen und teils auch in Wien bei meinem Freund. Es ist bei Problemen oder Fragen immer jemand für dich/euch erreichbar.
Viele Möbel werde ich freiräumen, es sollte mehr als genug Stauraum vorhanden sein, selbst für zwei Personen.
Natürlich würde ich mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, der:die den gesamten Zeitraum bis Ende September beanspruchen möchte. Aber auch wenn du vorhast, kürzer in Wien zu bleiben, kontaktiere mich trotzdem. Ich bin gerne bereit, den Zeitraum auch aufzuteilen, wenn es sich so ergibt.

I will spend the summer partly travelling, partly at my boyfriend´s place. If you have any problems or questions, someone will always be available.
There will be more than enough storage room, even for two people.
Of course I´d be happy to find someone who wants to rent the apartment for the whole offered period. But even if you need it for a shorter time, don´t hesitate to contact me: I´m happy to split the time if necessary and possible.
