Die Wohnung hat ca. 70 m², mit 5 großen ostseitigen Fenstern und Blick in den Himmel. Schließlich liegt die Wohnung im obersten Geschoss (4. Stock OHNE LIFT).
Insgesamt gibt es:
- zwei getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer (8m2 und 12m2)
- Wohnzimmer
- Küche
- Bad
- Toilette (mit Waschmaschinenanschluss)
Der Flur, das Bad, die Toilette und die Küche sind mit hellen, modernen Fliesen ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer haben einen altbau-typischen Fischgrätenparkett.

The apartment has about 70 m², with 5 large east-facing windows. Finally, the apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor WITHOUT a LIFT).
In total there are:

The hallway, bathroom, toilet and kitchen are equipped with bright, modern tiles. The living room and the two bedrooms have herringbone parquet flooring typical of old buildings.

Die Öffis sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar: 59A Einsiedlerplatz, 14A Reinbrechtsdorferstraße, 12A Embelgasse, U4 Magaretengürtel, 6er/18er Bim Arbeitergasse.
Auch die Nahversorgen liegen direkt ums Eck: Hofer, Spar, Billa, Post und Bäcker. BIPA und DM sind innerhalb 7-8 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Gerne würde ich ein paar Möbel in der Wohnung lassen und auch keine horrende Ablöse verlangen, sofern das für dich auch in Ordnung geht.
