Hi everyone,
I will be subletting my beautfiful apartment for the month August and September.
The apartment is fully furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen as well as two bathrooms, with a shower and a bathtub.
In the two bedrooms there is additional space due to integrated niches that can be used either for sleeping, for guests or just for some cozy moments with a book :)
The space is perfect for you if you are a couple or for two people who are looking for a temporary WG.
The apartment is very centrally located in the 6th district (Marihilf). You are only a few walking minutes away from the Mariahilfer Straße/Westbahnhof and well connected to the public transport: 5 minutes to the U4 Magarthengürtel, Tram 18 and 6.
For example, by bike you can reach the Naschmarkt in 5 minutes or Karlsplatz in 10 minutes. If you are drawn to nature, you can take the U4 in the direction of Hütteldorf and within a few minutes you are at the Lainzer Tiergarten, which is great for walking.
Important note: as I am currently putting the apartment for sale, I am offering it for a relatively cheap price but I would need your flexibility to be okay with the estate agent (a trusted friend of mine) to have a few appointments with interested people to show the apartment. It is not necessary for you to be there in that time.
