Die Wohnung ist in einem ausgebauten Dachgeschosses eines Altbaus, hell mit Holz-Parkettböden und Fußbodenheizung, neuen Fenstern, möbliert mit Grundausstattung wie Geschirr, Staubsauger, etc.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer schönen, hellen und großen Wohnküche inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Loggia/Terrasse, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne (!) und einer separaten Toilette.
Beheizt wird die Wohnung mittels Fußbodenheizung.
Am besten machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin (vor Ort oder online) aus und vereinbaren dann alles weitere.
Study, research, work stays, internships, Erasmus, medical internships, watch out. We are going on a world journey and are therefore renting out our beautiful flat (55 m2) from February / March until the end of July in a dream location directly on Mariahilfer Straße (furnished).
The flat is in a built-out attic of an historic building, bright with wooden parquet floors and underfloor heating, new windows, furnished with basic equipment like dishes, vacuum cleaner, etc. The flat consists of a beautiful, bright and large kitchen-living room incl., dishwasher, loggia/terrace, one bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub (!) and a separate toilet.
The flat is heated by underfloor heating.
Zentraler geht es nicht, an der Mariahilfer Straße - Wiens bekanntester Einkaufsstraße, direkt beim MuseumsQuartier gelegen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig gelegen und in Richtung einer Seitengasse ausgerichtet. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß 5-10 min in die Wiener Altstadt.

It couldn't be more central, located on Mariahilfer Straße - Vienna's best-known shopping street, right next to the MuseumsQuartier. The flat itself is in a quiet location and faces a side street. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate neighbourhood. On foot 5-10 min to the old town of Vienna.
