Die gemütliche Nichtraucher-Wohnung in der 5. Etage (mit Lift) steht für zwei Monate (01.06. – 31.07.) als Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Ich bin auf Reisen und vermieten daher diese Wohnung für den Zeitraum.

Das 2-Zimmer-Apartment besteht aus Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Flur, Bad & separates WC und ist komplett möbliert. Das Schlafzimmer liegt südseitig zum Innenhof und ist somit schön ruhig. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett (1,60 x 2,00 m), Kleiderschrank, Kommode und ein kleiner Schreibtisch.
Das helle Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Couch, TV, Schreibtisch und Regal ausgestattet.
Die Küche besitzt alle notwendigen Geräte (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, kl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Esstisch etc.) und steht dir selbstverständlich voll zur Verfügung.
Badezimmer & WC sind getrennt begehbar, eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.

Die Miete beträgt 950 Euro und beinhaltet alle Kosten (Hauptmietzins, Gas, Strom und Internet).

The cozy non-smoking apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) is available for two months (01.06. - 31.07.) as a temporary rental. I am traveling and therefore rent this apartment for the period.

The 2-room apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom & separate toilet and is fully furnished. The bedroom is south-facing to the courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet. In the bedroom there is a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), closet, sideboard and a small desk.
The bright living room is equipped with a couch, TV, desk and shelf.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator with small freezer, small dishwasher, microwave, dishes, dining table, etc.) and is of course fully available to you.
Bathroom & WC are separately accessible, a washing machine is also included.

The rent is 950 euros and includes all costs (main rent, gas, electricity and internet).
