My boyfriend and I are subletting our apartment for a month during summer.
The dates can be changed a bit if needed.
About our home:
We live in a 3 bedroom apartment (83m2) in the 7th district, a lively and vibrant district in the center of Vienna.
The apartment is in a typical Viennese old building („Altbauwohnung“), with high ceilings and old wooden floors.
We have one bedroom with a double bed, an office with a futon bed (space for two people) and a couch in our living room where another person can sleep. So plenty of space.
During your stay we want you to feel at home. Our apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped: we have a kitchen, a washing machine, a tv for movie nights, games, books etc. Everything is obviously included in your stay.
The apartment is in a great location. 10 minute by foot from the Mariahilferstraße, 15 minute walk away from the Museumsquartier and near various public transportations. The U6 metro station Burggasse-Stadthalle and the tram numbers 5, 6, 18 and 49 are just around the corner, as well as different buses.
There are multiple supermarkets in the streets, a pharmacy, a park and really nice restaurants and cafes not far away.
