Meine geliebte schöne Altbauwohnung ist ab Mitte Februar bis Ende Juli verfügbar, da ich für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehe, danach gibt es die Möglichkeit für eine Verlängerung, sollte mein Erasmus für das Herbst Semester genehmigt werden, das erfahre ich Ende März.
Ich habe die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sie hat alles was es zum Wohlfühlen braucht!
Sie ist sehr hell und trotz der 50qm durch ihre Aufteilung sehr geräumig!
Ein weiterer großer plus Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung trotz zentraler Lage extrem ruhig ist, da alle Fenster in den Hof hinausgehen.
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar, da sie sehr zentral gelegen ist und man durch die nächstgelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel extrem gut angebunden ist (5, 49, 9, 6, 18, U6, U3, 48A).
Ohne in Mitten des Trubels zu leben ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Siebten Bezirk, wo es lauter Cafés, Bars und Restaurants gibt und jede menge los ist!
In den 900€ Miete ist alles inkludiert, die Gas und Strom Preise wurden bereits vor einem Monat erhöht und angepasst, da sollte sich also nichts mehr ändern, da die Erhöhung auch recht üppig ausgefallen ist!
Ich suche jemanden der die Wohnung genauso zu schätzen weiß wie ich und sich gut um sie und um meine Pflanzen kümmert :-)
The apartment is available from mid of Febuary to end of July, with a probability of extending the stay if my erasmus semester gets approved.
It's very spacious, bright and the location is amazing! In the direct surrounding you can find a lot of public transportation (U6, 49, 5, 18 ,6, 9, 48A, U3) as well as a Billa and a Bipa across the street, a Hofer (5 min walk) and the shopping mall Lugner City is also just 2 min away walking. Everyone of you who knows Vienna, knows that the 7th district has loads of nice coffee places, bars and restaurants as well as plenty of great shopping options.
Even though the apartment is very central located, it's still very quiet since all the windows are facing out a courtyard.
