The location of the apartment is in the 9th district and it has

Die Lage ist super, denn die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen den U-Bahnlinien U6 (Währinger Straße/Volksoper) und U4 (Friedensbrücke). Außerdem sind die Straßenbahnlinien D, 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41 und 42 zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Diverse Supermärkte, Drogerien und Apotheken gibt es um die Ecke. Auch der Donaukanal ist in nächster Nähe.
Trotz alldem ist es sehr leise, da sich die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße befindet. Es ist also sehr angenehm im Sommer auch mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen.
In die Innenstadt fährt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln maximal 15 Minuten, mit dem Rad sind es 5-10 Minuten.

The location is great because the apartment is between the U6 (Währinger Straße/Volksoper) and U4 (Friedensbrücke) underground lines. In addition, the tram lines D, 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41 and 42 can be reached very quickly on foot. Various supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies are around the corner. The Danube Canal is also nearby.
Despite all this, it is very quiet as the apartment is on a byroad. It is therefore very pleasant to sleep with the windows open in the summer.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center by public transport or 5-10 minutes by bike.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung von 4. Juli bis 28. August 2023, da wir in diesem Zeitraum nicht in Wien sind. Das bedeutet auch, dass die Wohnung vollständig möbliert ist und dementsprechend nichts mitgebracht werden muss.
Wir werden natürlich Platz machen, damit die Mieter*innen sich über den Sommer wohl fühlen und genug Platz für ihre Sachen haben :).
Wir vermieten so günstig, da es in unserer Wohnung einige Pflanzen gibt (siehe Fotos) und es vom Vorteil wäre, wenn jemand die Wohnung mietet, der*die einen grünen Daumen hat und die Pflanzen ca. 1x pro Woche gießen kann :).

We rent out the apartment from July 4th to August 28th 2023, as we are not in Vienna during this period. This also means that the apartment is fully furnished and you don't have to bring anything with you.
Of course we will make room so that the tenants feel comfortable over the summer and have enough space for their things :).
We rent so cheaply because there are some plants in our apartment (as you can see on the pictures) and it would be amazing if someone rents the place who has some experience with plants and can water them once a week :).
