Wir suchen jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für unsere Wohnung von Mitte August 2023 bis Mitte März 2024.

Die Lage ist ein Traum- Mitten im 9. Bezirk sind der Liechtensteinpark, verschiedene Uni-Standorte, der Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Drogeriemärke (Billa, Hofer, Spar, BiPa, DM), Apotheken, Öffis und so weiter direkt um die Ecke. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung im Hinterhof zwischen zwei Gassen, sodass es absolut ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung ist insbesondere für Paare, junge Familien oder Singles super geeignet. In der Straße gibt es eine Grünanlage mit Spielplatz, Sitzmöglichkeiten usw. Vom Hausflur aus ist ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon erreichbar, der vom ganzen Haus genutzt werden kann.

Die Gesamtmiete (1150€/ Monat) umfasst Warmmiete, Energie (Gas und Strom), und Internetkosten.

Vermietet werden (voll möbliert):
Ein Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch, 2x2 Meter Bett, 90x2 Meter Kinderbett (Feuerwehr-Optik), Komode und Kleiderschrank
Ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, einem Fernseher (ohne Empfangsfunktion, er kann aber für Laptop und Co als Bildschirm verwendet werden), und großem Esstisch mit Stühlen
Eine Küche mit Gasherd und Spülmaschine
Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine
Ein Flur mit Schuhregal und Kleiderständern

Es gibt ein drittes Zimmer, das nicht mit vermietet, allerdings in der Zeit auch von uns nicht genutzt wird.

We are looking for someone for interim rent for our apartment from mid-August 2023 to mid-March 2024.

The location is a dream - in the middle of the 9th district are the Liechtensteinpark, various university locations, the Franz-Josefs train station, supermarkets and drugstores (Billa, Hofer, Spar, BiPa, DM), pharmacies, public transport and so on just around the corner. At the same time, the apartment is located in the backyard between two alleys, so it is absolutely quiet.
In the street there is a green area with playground, seating, etc. The house has a communal balcony.

The total monthly payment (1150€/ month) includes rent, energy (gas and electricity), and internet costs.

For rent (fully furnished):
A bedroom with a desk, 2x2 meter bed, 90x2 meter bed (fire engine look), dresser and closet.
A living room with sofa, a TV (without reception function, but it can be used as a screen for laptop and co), and large dining table with chairs
A kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
A hallway with shoe rack and clothes racks

There is a third room, which is not rented, but is not used by us at the time.
