While I am away for work reasons, I sublet this sweet apartment to one person (females preferred).
It is located in one of Vienna's nicest neighbourhoods, the Servitenviertel.
The apartment comes fully furnished and all you will need is here, including dishwasher and washing machine.
The house, its neighbours and surroundings are quiet and living in this area overall is (in my opinion) very pleasant. The Augarten and Donaukanal are nearby to go for a walk or run, and public transport connections are convenient as well.
Concerning rental cost, it's €700,- (including water, electricity, heating and internet).
I am looking for a person who is respectful and knows to take care of someone's home. Please introduce yourself with a few sentences in a message.
