Wunderschöne möblierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse

Wir machen eine Weltreise und wollen daher unsere möblierte und schön eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung untervermieten :) vom Zeitraum wären wir relativ flexibel, melde dich auch gerne wenn du nur für einen Teil des Zeitraumes oder auch etwas länger in der Wohnung leben möchtest

Von der Raumaufteilung ist die Wohnung für Paare oder für eine Person gut geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nahe Friedensbrücke. Auf der einen Seite vom Schlafzimmer schaut man Richtung Nordosten auf den Donaukanal auf der anderen Seite vom Wohnzimmer und Terrasse Richtung Südwesten über die Stadt.
Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral ist hat man hier ein angenehmes Gefühl von Freiheit weil die Wohnung hoch oben über der Stadt liegt :) Zusätzlich ist der Donaukanal direkt vor der Haustür, der Augarten nicht weit und die Donauinsel mit dem Rad in 15min erreichbar.. das macht das Leben besonders im Sommer sehr entspannend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert und wenn man auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung die Fenster öffnet zieht fast immer der Wind durch. Deswegen kann man es hier auch sehr gut aushalten wenn es wärmer wird weil die Hitze einfach nicht so stehen bleibt.

Wir haben die Wohnung nach unserem Geschmack gemütlich eingerichtet, es hängen viele farbenfrohe Bilder und es wachsen viele glückliche Pflanzen. Auf der Terrasse steht eine Feige, ein Mandelbaum und du könntest einiges anpflanzen wenn du willst. Uns wäre auf jeden Fall wichtig, dass es unseren Pflanzen gut geht während wir nicht da sind. Optimal wäre also, dass du Pflanzen auch so magst wie wir und dich gerne um sie kümmerst :)

Von der Einrichtung ist alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen :) Falls dir die Gemälde nicht gefallen können wir sie gerne abhängen. Es gibt eine Couch, Schreibtisch, Lesesessel, einen kleinen Tisch zum Essen, die Küche ist voll eingerichtet inklusive Spülmaschine, das Bett ist 1.40m groß und hat eine angenehme neuwertige Matratze, es gibt eine Staffelei falls du gerne malst, Waschmaschine und Badewanne.

We are going on a trip and therefore want to sublet our furnished and nicely decorated attic apartment :) We are relatively flexible regarding the time period, so feel free to reach out even if you only want to live in the apartment for part of the time or even longer.

In terms of layout, the apartment is well suited for couples or for one person.

The apartment is located very centrally near Friedensbrücke. On one side of the bedroom, you have a view towards the northeast overlooking the Danube Canal, and on the other side of the living room and terrace, you have a view towards the southwest over the city. Although the apartment is very central, you have a pleasant feeling of freedom here because the apartment is high above the city :) Additionally, the Danube Canal is right outside the door, the Augarten is not far, and the Danube Island is reachable by bike in 15 minutes. This makes life particularly relaxing, especially in the summer. The apartment is very well insulated, and if you open the windows on both sides of the apartment, the wind almost always blows through. That's why it's very comfortable here even when it gets warmer because the heat simply doesn't linger.

We have decorated the apartment to our taste, with many colorful pictures hanging and many happy plants growing. On the terrace, there is a fig tree, an almond tree, and you could plant more if you like. It's important to us that our plants are well cared for while we're away. So ideally, you also like plants as much as we do and enjoy taking care of them :)

The furnishings are exactly as seen in the pictures :) If you don't like the paintings, we can gladly take them down. There is a couch, desk, reading chair, a small table for dining, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, the bed is 1.40m and has a comfortable, almost new mattress, there is an easel if you like to paint, washing machine, and bathtub.
