Schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit hohen Decken, die vor gut zwei Jahren saniert wurde.
Große offene Küche mit eingebauter Mikrowelle und geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Abstellkammer. In der Abstellkammer stehen momentan u.a. zwei Regale und die Waschmaschine, es ist also genug Platz um alle Haushaltsgegenstände unterzubringen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist auch schön geräumig mit Platz für weitere Schränke und einen Schreibtisch (wenn gewollt). Es grenzt auch hier ein Abstellraum an, den wir momentan als begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal benutzen.
Zusätzlich beinhaltet die Wohnung ein Kellerabteil (abschließbar) und die Mitbenutzung des Fahrradraumes (erreichbar über den Innenhof).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Beautiful bright 2 room apartment with high ceilings, renovated just over two years ago.
Large open kitchen with built-in microwave and spacious living room with adjoining storage room. In the storage room are currently among other things two shelves and the washing machine, so there is enough space to accommodate all household items.
The bedroom is also nice and spacious with room for more closets and a desk (if wanted). There is also a storage room adjacent here, which we currently use as a walk-in closet and bookshelf.
Additionally, the apartment includes a basement compartment (lockable) and shared use of the bike room (accessible via the courtyard).
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator.
Die Anbindung ist super! Die U6 ist innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Station weiter befindet sich die U4 (man kann umsteigen oder zur U4 laufen) und der Meidlinger Bahnhof, an dem Bims, S-Bahnen, Busse und Fernzüge fahren ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer Einbahnstraße und die Fenster sind hofseitig, wodurch es schön ruhig ist.
The connection is perfect! The U6 is in walking distance. One stop further is the U4 (you can change or walk to the U4) and the Meidlinger Bahnhof, where Bims, S-Bahns, buses and long-distance trains run, is within 5 minutes walking distance.
The apartment is located on a one-way street and the windows are courtyard side, which makes it nice and quiet.
Couch, Lampen und der schwarze Kleiderschrank (im Ankleidezimmer) werden übergeben, über eine Ablösesumme können wir bei einer Besichtigung sprechen. Über weitere Möbel kann gerne auch gesprochen werden.
Im Keller befindet sich auch noch ein Waschraum, den man kostenpflichtig mitbenutzen kann, jedoch gibt es auch einen Waschmaschinen-Anschluss im Abstellraum in der Wohnung.
Der Vermieter benötigt einen Einkommensnachweis oder bei Studierenden eine Bürgschaft. Er trifft die finale Auswahl über die Nachmieter, wir können jedoch eine Vorauswahl treffen.
Wir zahlen derzeit knapp 100€ für Strom, Gas und Internet. Unseren Internetvertrag (35€/Monat) würden wir gerne übergeben.

We currently pay just under 100€ per month for electricity, gas (60€) and internet (35€). We would like to hand over our internet contract.
