I'm looking for someone to take over my contract who can start from the 10th of December till March, Or June (extension is possible in agreement with the owners). The apartment is great I'm only leaving it because I'm moving away. It's fully equipped as you see in the picture, there are even more kitchen tools/blankets/pillows/hangers in the cabinets. The rent is 700 euros, but adding services and heating will total 1,040 euros per month. The deposit is 2,100 Euros will be received by the owners.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the other bedroom belongs to the owner's daughter (27 years old engineering student, she is lovely and very friendly and only comes to Vienna a couple of days a month and stays in the second bedroom), so most of the time the apartment will be fully yours. She comes only announced, so she lets you know a day ahead or so that she will be coming.

Spar, Billa and Hofer are all between 4 to 8 minutes walk from the apartment. it is 1 minute from the bus, 4 minutes to the tram, and 8-10 minutes from the U.
