Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Singles als auch Pärchen optimal. Sie ist 52qm2 groß, hat einen kleinen Balkon und alle Fenster (plus Balkon) gehen zur Ost bzw. Süd-Nord Seite raus, weshalb man Morgen- und Mittagssonne hat, Nachmittags bleibt die Wohnung trotzdem hell und lichtdurchflutet. Ich würde die Wohnung voll möbliert übergeben, kann bei Bedarf aber einzelne Möbelstücke vor Einzug entfernen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, Ofen/Herd, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300m neben dem Meidlinger Markt, sodass quasi vor der Haustür günstiges Gemüse, Obst und kulinarische Spezialitäten aus aller Welt hat. 400 Meter entfernt ist die nächste U-Bahn Station (U6 Niederhofstraße), sowie 500 Meter U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse.
