I am leaving my beautiful apartment in February to go backpacking.
Marked by its characteristic brickwall, the apartment has a very cozy, yet elegant Loft-style.
The neighbors are kind and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Therefore it is crucial that no partys will be hosted! I am looking for clean, conscientious tenants who will take care of my beloved safe space.
I would love to get to know you, if you are in Vienna, you can also visit the apartment and get to know me in person. A personal fit is an absolute necessity.
My belongings are very dear to me, especially my couch is my baby (It is a rare italian couch). I need to be certain that everything will be in the same condition when I return.

You are perfectly close to the subway U3, which brings you to the city centre in 15 minutes. If you walk upwards to the Hütteldorfer Straße, you literally have all you need: BILLA, Penny, bakerys which are open on sundays, subway, tram, restaurants, drugstore, chemist and pharmacy. Right in front of the house, you can see the Schloss Schönbrunn in the distance, which is breathtakingly pretty.
