Hello girls,
My name is Betina, I’m from Brazil, I’m 22 years old and I’m in Vienna working in a hotel. I’m looking for a new roommate, since my previous one got a new job offer and is leaving Vienna. I live in a two room flat in the 15th district, which is less than 10 min from Westbahnhof. You have all the amenities from walking distance, such as supermarkets (Spar, Lidl, Hofer), pharmacies (bipa, dm, Apotheke), restaurants, cafes, etc.
Requirements:
1 - You need to be a girl;
2 - You need to guarantee that you are staying in Vienna at least until December, month which my contract will end;
3 - You need to have a stable job.
The total rent is 350 euros per month, plus 700 euros for Kaution. Besides, every 3 months we need to pay the gas/electricity bills (which is 350 in total, so around 175 per person). The room is already furnished, you’d only need a place to organise your clothes. Entrance day would be the 29th of May.
