Da ich einige Monate für die Arbeit im Ausland bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung besteht aus getrennter Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer plus Badezimmer und kleinem Vorraum. Sie ist möbliert (inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine), sehr geräumig und hell mit viel Sonne. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht, und der Küchentisch lässt sich ausziehen, sodass man viel Platz für Gäste hat. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer gehen nach Süden raus und haben fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung passt auch gut für Home Office.

I will be abroad for work and am subletting my apartment for that time. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom plus bathroom and entrance area. It is fully furnished (incl. washing machine and dishwasher), very spacious and bright with a lot of sun. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and the kitchen table can be expanded so that there is plenty of room for guests. The living room and the bedroom face south and have sun almost all day long. The apartment is also practical and cozy when working from home.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Brunnenmarkt (an der Ecke von Gaullachergasse und Brunnengasse), zwei Minuten vom schönen Yppenplatz. Im Viertel gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es abends und nachts sehr ruhig. Die U6 Station Josefstädter Straße ist direkt um die Ecke, genau so wie mehrere Tramverbindungen, sodass man schnell in der Innenstadt oder anderen Orten ist. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist im Alltag ebenfalls alles gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located directly on Brunnenmarkt (at the intersection of Gaullachergasse and Brunnengasse), two minutes from the beautiful Yppenplatz. There are many supermarkets and shops, cafés and restaurants in the area. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the evenings and at night. The U6 subway station Josefstädter Straße is just around the corner, as well as several tram connections, so you can quickly reach the city center or other places. Everything is also easy to reach by bike or on foot.
