we have a cosy kitchen ,full with variety of loose tea section, which is often used as a shared meeting place. a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet completes the flat.
it is on the 2nd floor directly entrance of the brunnenmarkt.
the apartment is a 3-minute walk from the gurtel or the U6 station thaliastrasse and even more close to tram lines 2 and 46. so, you are really well connected both during the day and at night on weekend.
all around the apartment there is a billa, spar, hofer, dm and bipa less than 5 minutes away.
the 7th and 8th districts with all the quaint bars and pretty cafes are incredibly close!
on saturday, the the brunnenmarkt at yppenplatz is of course an additional plus.
im defne, a freelancer contemporary dance artist who is also interested in circus world, herbalism and handcrafting projects.
i have two super nice flatmate; laura is a graphic designer and leonie is a theater director. i can let you know more about them and you can also meet beforehead.
some important thing is wg life;
-being clean and tidy. of course we are human and things can be out of order but it is always a great feeling to know that everybody has sensitivity towards it.
-mostly, it is a calm flat. so if you love welcoming your people in the flat sooo often and till the sunrise, it may not be the perfect fit :)
