ich vermiete meine Wohnung im 16. Bezirk aufgrund einer Reise. Die Wohnung hat ca 40 Quadratmeter, ist sehr hell und hat einen schönen innenhofseitigen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau und erst 1 Jahr alt. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit einer sehr schönen Küche, Fußbodenheizung, automatischen Fensterläden… Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und alles was man sonst so zum Leben braucht ist hier. (Wlan, Küchenuntensilien, Haarföhn, Bettwäsche, Staubsauger, Fernseher, Musikboxen, Putzzeug, Gewürze, Essig, Öl etc.) Generell ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und man hört nichts von den Nachbar:innen. Auch bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es sehr still und angenehm.

I am renting my apartment in the 16th district due to a trip. The apartment has about 40 square meters, is very bright and has a nice inner courtyard balcony.
The apartment is in a new building and only 1 year old. It is very modern furnished with a very nice kitchen, underfloor heating, automatic shutters... Also, there is a washing machine and everything else you need to live is here. (Wifi, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, bed linen, vacuum cleaner, TV, jukeboxes, cleaning stuff, spices, vinegar, oil, etc.) In general, the apartment is very quiet and you do not hear anything from the neighbor:inside. Even with open windows it is very quiet and pleasant.
Sie liegt in der Heigerleingasse im 16. Bezirk im 2. Stock und befindet sich sehr nahe der U3 Station Ottakring. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Parks und man kommt schnell raus in die Natur, zum Beispiel zum Wilhelminenberg, den Steihofgründen oder Neuwaldegg. Es gibt in wenigen Gehminuten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch viele Öffi Stationen mit denen man schnell in die Stadt kommt (43er, 44er, S45, 2er, 13A, U3..)

In the surrounding area there are many parks and you can quickly get out into nature, for example to the Wilhelminenberg, the Steihofgründen or Neuwaldegg.
