Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gut aufgeteilt und hat 2,5 Zimmer. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Küche und ein seperates Schlafzimmer. Beide Zimmer, also Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind mit Hochbetten ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird generell möbliert übergeben für den Zeitraum von März bis Ende Juli. Miete ist 650€ gesamt, wobei hier Strom und Gas, sowie 30gb Internet und eine Haushaltsversicherung dabei sind.
In der Wohnung gibts eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Gefrierschrank und einen großen Kühlschrank.
The appartment has loads of space and is has 2,5 rooms. There is a big living room with access to the kitchen and a seperate sleeping room. In both rooms there are high beds installed to have more space. The appartement is rented out fully furnished from the beginning of march till end of july. All in all the rent is 650€, gas and electricty as well as 30gb internet and a householdinsurance are included. The appartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, a freezer and a big fridge.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gut angebunden, direkt vor der Haustür ist eine 10A Bushaltestelle. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten sind auch die 44er und 46er Bim zu erreichen. Ca 7 Minuten braucht man zur 2er Bim und zur U3 Ottakring.
Zum Einkaufen sind gleich ums Eck Billa, Lidl, Penny und Dm und mehrere Bäckereien und Kebabstandel ^^
There are a lot of public transport, right outside the front door is a 10A bus stop. Within 2 minutes you can also reach the 44er and 46er Bim. It takes about 7 minutes to the 2er tram and the U3 Ottakring.
For shopping there s Billa, Lidl, Penny and Dm and several bakeries and Kebabstandel around the corner^^
Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr entspannt und die Nachbarn sind sehr lieb und helfen gern weiter, falls irgendwas los ist.
Es gibt einen Gangbalkon wo man Rauchen kann. Ich bin auch sehr flexibel was die Zeiten zum Mieten angeht, also fragt einfach nach und wir können uns was ausmachen!
The atmosphere is really relaxed and the neighbours are nice and helpful. There s also a Balcony next to the appartement where you can smoke. I m quite flexible about how long the appartement can be rented, so just ask me and we can work something out!
