Kleine aber feine Wohnung im 16.

Du bist auf der Suche nach einer Bleibe für das kommende Semester? Du studierst oder möchtest in Wien ein Praktikum machen? Dann könnte die Wohnung die richtige sein :)

Die kleine eingerichtete Substandard(!)-Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar, über die Dauer können wir gerne sprechen.Die Betonung liegt dabei auf Substandard. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen neuen Boden und je eine Elektro-Heizung in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und geht zur Straße raus. Nachts kann es hier etwas lauter werden. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Hochbett und ein Waschbecken; das Fenster geht auf den Hausflur. Die Wohnung verfügt über KEIN! Badezimmer. Stattdessen wurde privat eine Dusche in der Küche eingebaut.
Die funktioniert aber top :) Das WC befindet sich im Hausflur und wird mit einem Nachbarn geteilt.

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, aber ist wie gesagt sehr sehr schlicht. Daher der günstige Preis :)

Wenn du dich trotz der kleinen Macken für die Wohnung interessierst, dann schreibe bitte ob du dir über den Substandard bewusst bist und weshalb du nach einer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete suchst.

Are you looking for a place to stay for the upcoming semester? Are you studying or would you like to do an internship in Vienna? Then the apartment could be the right one :)

The small furnished substandard (!) apartment is available immediately, we can talk about the duration. The emphasis is on substandard. The apartment has a new floor and electric heating in the living room and bedroom. The living room is very bright and faces the street. It can get a bit noisy here at night. The bedroom has a loft bed and a sink; the window looks onto the hallway. The apartment has NO! Bathroom. Instead, a shower was privately installed in the kitchen.
But it works great :) The toilet is in the hallway and is shared with a neighbor.

The apartment is fully furnished, but as I said it is very simple. Hence the low price :)
