Room in 4 bedroom apartment near AKH
Hello! I'm moving to Ireland and will unfortunately be leaving this beautiful flat share. We are looking for someone who would like to live with us on the long-term. The room is on the upper floor of the apartment and is 13 m2. It's cosy and relatively quiet. It can be completely darkened by roof blinds. The room comes partially furnished with a desk, closet, cupboard and a wardrobe. The furniture is usable, but in used condition. The transfer fee (Ablöse) for the furniture is €100. The deposit is quite high at € 1750, but there were never any problems with the repayment! The warm rent is € 330 per month.
The apartment is less than five minutes from the tram stops 42, 43, 44 and the U6 stops AKH Michelbeuern and Alser Straße, and is therefore really easy to reach. Shops such as Hofer, Billa, DM, Lidl are within walking distance and there is Spar in the AKH, which is open on Sundays! The post office can be reached in less than a 10 minute walk.
You will live with two nice girls and one guy. Elisa is from the Netherlands, Sandy from Thailand and Jiři from Austria. We are all working and are therefore looking for a roommate who has the party times behind him/her. We like to chat, chill and enjoy a drink or meal together. There is a weekly cleaning schedule, which has always worked well. Otherwise living together has always been easy. The preferred language of communication is English as Sandy doesn't speak German - but she is learning . However, you can talk to the other two in German without any problems. The move in date is September 15th, 2021. If we have caught your interest, then write us a few words about yourself!
