The apartment has 2 rooms (bedroom & living room/kitchen), as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a small entrance hallway to store shoes etc.
Its located on the 4th floor, without a lift, so its not suitable for wheelchair users/people who find it difficult climbing stairs, but the view is excellent for everyone else!
It comes fully furnished, including dishwasher & washing machine and I will include some of the bills (provided they do not come to a ridiculous amount with leaving the heating on full blast all day and night)
The location is excellent, being approximately a 1-2 minute walk from Nussdorferstrasse U-Bahn station, and a 3-4 minute walk from the 37/38 trams.
There are also 4 supermarkets located close by, as well as a lovely park literally 20 seconds outside of the front door.
The 35A, 37A, 40A buses are also close by.
In one direction is District 9 and a number of bars located under the U6 railway arches, and in the other direction is District 18 with all it's parks and grand houses.
