Da ich meinen Lebensmittelpunkt ab Juli 2024 langfristig nach Leipzig verlagern will, biete ich meine Eigentumswohnung in Wien vorläufig als befristete Untermiete (2 Jahre) aber mit Option auf Verlängerung an (bei beidseitigem Wohlgefallen).
Zu zahlen wären nur die laufenden Betriebskosten (210€) und derzeitige Nebenkosten (170 € Strom/Gas), die mit Jahresende auch günstiger ausfallen könnten.
Dafür wünsche ich mir eine vergleichbare Wohnmöglichkeit mit vergleichbar günstigen Konditionen in Leipzig.
Ich bin gern bereit einen individuellen Deal im Detail auszuhandeln.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, Möbel müssen aber nicht abgelöst werden und können nach Rücksprache auch entfernt werden.
Haustiere willkommen.
Die Wohnung ist auch WG-geeignet, aber nur, wenn man sich gern hat, sonst ist es eher zu eng.
