ich gebe meine schöne Wohnung zur Untermiete ab. Es ist ausgestattet allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf Küche, WC+Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer bzw. Schlafzimmer, geht nach Süden und daher ist schön hell. Es gibt 2 Betten 90x200, die kann man zusammen als ein gross Bett benutzen. Und die Wohnung hat: grosser Schrank, Regal, Schreib- und Esstisch und Kühlschrank, in Neubau in 5 Stock mit Lift und vieles mehr. Du musst also nur deine Koffer packen und einziehen.

The Apartment is excellent for a couple.
Very bight Apartment on the 5th floor with Lift. 5 min walk to BOKU or U-Bahn, S-Bahn station. And you need just 9 minutes to the city center.
The Public Trasport Connections U- Bahnlinie(Metro) U 4, Schnellbahn(Railway), Straßenbahnlinie D, Autobus 11A, 34A, 38A, 39A.
Supermarkts: Q Center, Billa, Hofer, Merkur, Anker, der Mann.
There is a nice path(Donaukanal) to jog and FITINN. Or you can work out in the back of the Apartment, there is a nice yard!
Preferable Non-Smoker, and no Pets.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung 3-5 Gehminute Heiligenstadt U-Bahn, S-bahn, und Bus. Supermarkt: Hofer, Billa, Merkur und Einkaufzentrum Q19 sind fußläfig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. BOKU Universität und Bank entfernt nur 5 Minuten. Donaukanal und Donau sind genauso nah daher geeignet sich für Freizeit und Sport. Und Spaziergang entfernt nur einen 10 Minuten.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel entweder ab Mitte Juni oder ab 1.Juli. Wie lange du bleiben magst können wir uns gerne flexibel ausmachen, also schreib mir gerne, auch wenn du kürzer oder länger bleiben magst.
