(ersten paar Tage u.U. noch nicht, bzw. genaues Datum müssen wir uns ausreden).
Sie ist ca. 50m2 groß und perfekt ans Verkehrsnetz angebunden (direkt an U2 Taborstraße - Praterstern in 5min), besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett - d.h. für ein oder zwei Personen (Paar) geeignet.
Jetzt im Sommer ist sie wirklich der Hit:
- angenehm kühl
- extrem ruhige Lage (Schlafzimmerfenster zu Innenhof, Wohnzimmer zu Straße wo fast keine Autos fahren)
- direkt am Augartenpark, Prater ist um die Ecke
- Donauinsel (42km gratis Strand) in ein paar Minuten per Rad erreichbar
- mein Fahrrad kann auch mitbenutzt werden
In der Wohnung ist auch Highspeed-Internet (Flatrate), eine Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Mikrowelle, ...
Die Miete beträgt 470€, Nebenkosten 140€ - d.h. alles in allem 610€ (für 31 Tage - wenn weniger Tage gemietet werden ziehen wir sie dementsprechend ab).

50m2 Summer Hit in the 2. district
I rent my flat in the 2.district for august (maybe not the first few days, but we can discuss the exact time frame).
The flat has about 50m2 with good connections to the underground/S-bahn (directly at U2 Taborstraße - Praterstern 5min by food), has one big living room and a smaller bedroom with a double bed - therefore it's optimal for one or two (couple) people.
In summer it's really nice here:
- the flat is cool
- very quite
- directly next to the Augarten-Park and the Prater-Park is nearby
- in a few minutes you are at the Donauinsel (42km free beach)
- you can use my bike
Additionally there is high-speed internet (flatrate), a washing machine, bathtub, microwave, ...
The rent is 610€ all inclusive for 31 days, if you stay shorter we will adapt it correspondingly.
