Traumwohnung in Traumlage (Juli 2024 - Juli 2025)

Dear people!

My partner and I are studying in Spain for a year from July 2024 and want to sublet our beloved flat with all the furniture during this period!

The flat has three rooms (living room, bedroom, office) and also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge), bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet and a small but nice hallway.

We would be happy to give you all the furniture, kitchen utensils and (if you like) our plants for this period :) so all you have to do is pack your bags and move in!

What we particularly like about the flat is that it is very bright (afternoon + evening sun), has a great herringbone floor, is really well connected to public transport and invites you to linger! There is also an electric piano in the flat, which you are welcome to play at any time.

Location

The flat is in a prime location, as the underground stations Landstraße U3, U4 and the S-Bahn are just a 5-minute walk away! The first district and the very green Stadtpark are also only 5 minutes away. Furthermore, there are many shopping facilities in the neighbourhood (Hofer, Biller, Bipa, DM - all 5 minutes away) as well as nice cafés :).

Miscellaneous

You can't see the office (11m2) in the pictures yet, as our flatmate is still living in this room at the moment! However, she will move out soon and then the flat will be remodelled a little, but the furniture will remain the same :)

The monthly rent of 1500€ covers all costs, you don't have to worry about anything!
(warm rent, internet, GIS, electricity + gas, furniture)

Liebe Leute!

Mein Partner und ich studieren ab Juli 2024 ein Jahr in Spanien und wollen unsere geliebte Wohnung mit allen Möbeln in diesem Zeitraum untervermieten!

Die Wohnung besitzt drei Zimmer (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Büro) und ausserdem noch vollausgestattete Küche (Geschirrpüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen, großer Kühlschrank), Bad mit Waschmaschine, seperates Klo und einen kleinen aber feinen Gang.

Wir würden euch für diesen Zeitraum gern alle Möbel, Küchenutensilien und (wenn ihr/du mögt auch) unsere pflanzen überlassen :) somit müsst ihr nur eure Koffer packen und einziehen!

Besonders gern mögen wir an der Wohnung, dass sie sehr hell ist (Nachmittags + Abendsonne), einen tollen Fischgrätenboden hat, wirklich sehr gut öffentlich angebunden ist und zum verweilen einlädt! Ausserdem befindet sich ein E- Piano in der Wohnung, das auch gerne bespielt werden darf in der Zeit.
