room free in a 2WG from january!

From the beginning of the 2011 is my room in one 2er WG free.

The flat is in the 5th district, really near to Karlsplatz.

It has a small kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer), a toilet room, bathroom, and 2 big bedrooms. In the cellar you there's a washmashine and a dryer that you can use.

my bedroom is complete furnished, with a big bed, 2 cupboards, one desk and a shelf.
it's pretty bright and has also a radiator.
there's internet too.

In 1-2 minutes there is Laurenzgasse, where you can take trams nr. 1, 62, and Wiener LokalbahnenAG. In 10 minutes you can find also the u-bahn station Pilgramgasse U4.

Zielpunkt, Spar, Hoffer and Lidl are so near from the flat.

my flatmate is Marina, she comes from Bulgaria, is 25 years old and she is a great musician. she plays violin and has to practise a lot for her auditions, she's so nice and you can talk to her about everything. So if you don't mind the sound of her music at home, this is your place ;)

The rent is: 310€/month
The diposit is 675€
