*Ich habe 2 Monate Kündigungsfrist für meine Zimmer. Ich ziehe mich zurück nach England, und suche jemdanden, wem meinen Zimmer für 2 oder 3 Monate mieten will. Wenn du das Zimmer länger mieten willst, kann ich mit der Leiter sprechen, ob du ein Vertrag für 1 Jahr oder länger haben kannst.*

Zur vermieten ist ein kleine aber feine Zimmer mit ein eigenen Badezimmer. Es gibt eine schöne Küche, grosses Wohnzimmer und Dachterasse, die geteilt sind. Das Zimmer steht im Innenhof seite (siehe Fotos. Es ist sehr ruhig und geschützt von der Sonne).

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Studentenheim. Das Heim ist leer in Sommer, aber sowieso vermietet der Leiter die Zimmer nur an ordentliche Leute. Die sind alle super.

Das Zimmertür hat eine sichere Schloss. Es gibt 2 Waschmachine im Heim. Ins Zimmer gibt es alles was man braucht.. eine kleine Kühlschrank, Wäschestand, gute Schränke, usw.

Hello! I am renting my room for 2 months, because that is the notice period for my current room and I am already moving back to my home country, England. If you want to rent the room for longer, I can speak with the manager of my home if you can sign a contract for 1 year or longer. The room is in a building block of rooms for students. The block is empty is summer, as all my neighbours go home for summer.

The room has its own bathroom. It is furnished with Bed, wardrobes, shelves etc. and has its own refridgerator. There is also a washing-stand for drying clothes on the terrace or in the room.

There is a lovely shared kitchen, large living room with a huge tv, and a roof terrace for those who intend to acquire a tan or simply go red like a lobster in Vienna's summer heat,

The room faces out onto the inside courtyard. Thus the room is very quiet, tranquil. You can also sit in the courtyard if you please, as there are chairs and tables. See the pictures.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
