Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle und voll möblierte Wohnung beim Augarten von 1. März bis Ende Juli 2022. Gerne kann die Wohnung auch für kürzere Perioden gemietet werden.
Die erst im letzten Jahr generalsanierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (mit Lift) und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt - man muss lediglich die persönlichen Dinge mitbringen. Wifi, Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, und Kochutensilien. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und neuer Waschmaschine.
Die Gegend ist mit dem Augarten, den Cafés und Shops eine sehr freundliche. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants sowie Bäcker, Bus und Straßenbahn vor der Haustüre, mehrere Ubahn Linien in Gehweite.
Bei Fragen bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme, die Wohnung kann jederzeit besichtigt werden.

I'm subletting my beautiful bright fully furnished studio apartment from 1st of March until end of July 2022. Shorter periods are possible as well.
The Altbau flat has been newly renovated last year and has everything one might need: new heating system, wifi, washing machine, fully equipped bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.
The flat is situated right at Augarten, at a beautiful area with cafés and shops around. Several supermarkets, tram and bus stops right in front of the door, metro in walking distance.
