This bright and lovely 47m2 flat will be available from Aug. 15 - Feb. 15 (margin of tolerance: +/- 15 days)
Also: I am willing to swap the flat with another flat in Paris.
The flat will stay completely furnished. This means that dishes, all cooking devices, a scanner & printer, towels, bed sheets, blankets, etcetera will remain on-site. I will only take my personal belongings with me.
Besides the 140 cm wide bed in the sleeping room, there is also an extendable couch in the living room. If you consider moving in with a second person, I would charge an extra of approx. 100€ per month.
Going to the city center is very convenient. One simply takes tram No. 1 (which is a one-minute walk from the apartment) and it leads you directly to the Viennese Oper, the University of Vienna, the Parliament and all the other famous building on the Ringstraße.
- One minute to tram No. 1: takes about 15 min. to city center (U1/U2/U4 - Opera)
- Half a min. to bus No. 7A: takes about 10 min. to red metro line (U1 - Reumannplatz)
- three minutes to No. N62: night bus leaving daily from Oper
Supermarkets
- Hofer / Penny / Spar: 1 minute, if even
- mis kebab: vis-à-vis (to my opinion the best doner in town)

Since the depreciation of the furniture, the depreciation of the electrical devices and also, the motivation for throwing parties is always higher with a flat-mate (I've been through that myself...) , I would charge an extra of approximately 100€ for the second flat-mate, leading to a total of 650€ for the rent (excl. energy).
Regarding the energy costs: I usually pay 40€/month, but I also try to live economically, so it really depends.
