Hello! We are renting out our comfortable, quiet and centrally located apartment in a charming old building in typical Vienna style. Dates for moving in and out are flexible around 1 of November 2012 for moving in and the end of April 2013 for moving out.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (dish washer, washing machine, wi-fi internet,…).
It’s a 3-room apartment (big kitchen with dining area, 2 big other rooms, bath room with bath tub, washing machine and toilet, big balcony accessible from the hall, facing south towards the green inner courtyard).
Great connection to public transport (15 min to the city centre)
Monthly costs:
570 € rent
35 € internet, landline telephone, insurance
250 € share of operating costs of the house (water, sewage, waste disposal, cleaning of common areas of the house)
= 855 € total rent (NOT including electricity and gas)
Electricity and gas have to be paid according to actual use as billed by the provider. Each month 100 € have to be paid as advance payment for electricity and gas in addition to the rent, the exact amount is calculated when you move out, and if the advance payments are higher than the actual cost, this amount is of course returned to you.
Deposit is 2,000 € and has to be paid when moving in. This money is returned when the apartment is returned in the same condition as is was.
No smoking in the apartment, but it’s ok on the balcony. No pets.
