Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung für ca. 14 Tage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 17.Bezirk nahe Alser Straße, in einem ruhigen und grünen Innenhof.
Sie hat zwei ca. 12m2 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1,40 & 1,60m Matratzen).
Es gibt eine große und offene Wohnküche (voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler) mit großem Esstisch und Sofa.
Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Treppe in die Zweite Ebene der Wohnung wo ein kleines gemütliches Wohnzimmer liegt, mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse.
Die grüne und sonnige Terrasse ist perfekt zum Entspannen und zu vergessen, dass man in der Stadt ist.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine, es gibt ein separates WC.

We are renting out our nice flat for two weeks.
The flat is located in the 17th district, in a calm and green backyard.
Besides two approx 12 m2 rooms with double beds (1,40 & 1,60 m matress)
there is a big open kitchen (fully equiped / inkl. dishwasher) with a big table for dining.
from the kitchen, stairs lead to the second level of the flat where you find a small but relaxing living room with direct access to the terrace.
the green & sunny terrace is perfect to relax and even to forget, that you are in the city.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. there is a seperate toilet.
Yppenplatz & Brunnenmarkt sind 500 Meter entfernt, wo sich schöne Cafes, Restaurants und Lebensmittelstände finden. Hofer und Spar sind jeweils 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenfalls 2 Minuten entfernt ist eine 24/7 Tankstelle.
U6 Alser Straße ist 5min. zu Fuß entfernt, 43er Tram 1min / 44er Tram 2min. / City Bike Station 1min.
In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15min.

Yppenplatz & Brunnenmarkt are 500 Meters away where you find nice cafés, restaurants and grocery shops.
Supermarkets are 1 minute to walk, as well as a fuel station open from 06-24h.
Public transport: U6 station Alser Straße is a 5 min. walk. 43er Tram 1 min. / 44er Tram 2min. / City Bike station 1 min.

550 € für zwei Wochen
In der Miete sind alle Kosten (Warmwasser, Strom, Internet) inkludiert.
Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden.
Es gibt eine Kaution zwischen 200 € und 400 € je nach Zeitraum.
