Hey all who are interested!
We are currently looking for two people or a couple to rent out two separate fully furnished bedrooms starting end of January. Each room is equipped with bed, closet, desk, lamps, curtains and anything else anyone needs. The rooms are 16m2 and 25m2 in "altbau" style. The apartment itself is 160m2, with 4 bedrooms altogether, a guest bedroom, a sunny 25m2 living room with TV and piano, dining table, sofabed, etc, and a sunny kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. Also, we have a washing maschine and dishwasher and wireless internet acces throughout the entire flat! You would be living with an Italian couple (Elisa and Saad, 27) (who cook well!) and an Austrian girl (Desiree, 27). The total cost of rent (including gas, electricity, etc) comes to 350 Euro/month plus 10 Euros for internet (optional) = 360 in total!
If you are looking for a friendly and sociable environment or just a quiet place to kick back after a long days work this is perfect for you. The flat is located next to the lovely Schönbrunn summer palace, and there are several great typical and famous Viennese cafes and restaurants right downstairs. Also, all necessary stores are downstairs, pharmacy, several bakeries, supermarkets, shoe stores, etc!
